Bohemian Wedding Details

Jennifer and Michael's wedding details were full of color, a bit of glam, and all the bohemian vibes. Jennifer wore "I Do" by Anthropologie as her wedding day perfume, and accessorized with gorgeous pearl and crystal dangle earrings. She also had fun custom sunglasses for both of them to wear throughout the day!

Bride And Groom Getting Ready

Jennifer wore a beautiful strappy mermaid lace wedding gown with a beautiful cathedral wedding veil. Michael wore a dark navy blue suit with teal accents- their main wedding color. Their florals were multi-color and vibrant and had bits of pampas grass throughout giving a bohemian feel. Jennifer did a fun reveal to her bridesmaids and her dad and everyone's reactions were so authentic. Soon after- Jennifer and Michael shared a fun first look moment together and then did a shot of fireball together to ease their nerves before we took some of their pre-ceremony portraits.

A Romantic First Look at Historic Ashland

Jennifer and Michael chose to do a first look to ease their wedding day nerves before the ceremony. After they chatted for a bit and did their shot of fireball, we spent a few minutes after capturing some portraits of them before their ceremony. Historic Ashland has so many fun places to do portraits on your wedding day including lots of porches, beautiful garden areas, a fun swing, and more!

The Wedding Party Photos

After Jennifer and Michael's first look we captured some fun images of their bridal party. I loved the gorgeous teal bridesmaid dresses that Jennifer's bridesmaids wore for the day. The men wore classic blue suits which looked so great with the pops of color in the ties and flowers. The florals were so beautiful with the pops of teal, red, pink, and green and made their dress colors really pop.

A Historic Ashland Wedding Ceremony

We love a good "under the trees" ceremony at Historic Ashland. The vibrant florals on the wooden arbor looked perfect under the fall glow of the sun. Michael was so excited as Jennifer walked down the aisle and they shared the sweetest personal vows to each other in front of their guests. Their joyful walk back down the aisle as husband and wife was my favorite moment!

Golden Hour Portraits at Historic Ashland

After their ceremony we snuck outside for some officially married portraits of the new Mr. and Mrs. and it was gorgeous golden hour! They wore their fun sunglasses for some of the photos which was a super fun touch.

A Historic Ashland Wedding Reception

Guests enjoyed the terrace for cocktail hour and then headed upstairs in the barn to find their tables for a delicious catered dinner. The dance floor was packed as the night went on and guests enjoyed the party of a lifetime celebrating the new Mr. and Mrs. Dietz.
